Combine pages from several PDFs into one document in your chosen file order. This does not convert content or compress documents.

- Select two to five PDFs from your device.
- Use Move up and Move down to set the file order before processing.
- Download and open the result to check page count and orientation.
Worked example and how to check it
Input: Document A contains A1 and A2; document B contains B1. Order: A–B.
Expected result: One PDF containing A1, A2, B1.
Common mistakes and decisions
File order differs from internal page order. To keep only selected pages before merging, extract them first and inspect each download. Files with the same name can contain different pages: check the first and last page.
Limits before you continue
- Up to 5 MiB per file, 10 MiB combined and 50 pages in total. Encrypted files and over-budget inputs are rejected.
- Signatures, forms, bookmarks and internal links are not guaranteed to survive. Merging does not sanitize a PDF.
Frequently asked question
Will digital signatures remain valid?
No. Rewriting invalidates signatures. Keep the signed original and do not represent the new file as an equivalent signed document.
