ViBytes Tools

Useful tools, with clear limits

ViBytes Tools brings together 37 free tools across 7 categories for working with files, calculations and text in your browser, without registration.

Mission

Make everyday digital tasks easier with free, straightforward tools accessible in Spanish and English. We prioritize local processing in our current tools and explain their limits so people can use them with a clear understanding of how their data is handled.

Vision

We aim to build a platform recognized for useful, reliable and accessible digital tools that respect privacy. Our goal is sustainable international growth while keeping the experience simple and transparent.

What you can do here

  • PDF: Organize documents and prepare the pages you need.
  • Finance: Explore calculations and understand your numbers.
  • Images: Adjust image formats, dimensions and file sizes.
  • Text: Count, compare and organize your text.
  • Utilities: Create QR codes and secrets, and format strict JSON.
  • Data and files: Transform data and inspect files locally, with explicit limits.
  • Developer Tools: Inspect tokens and work with identifiers and dates without uploading your input.

What local processing means

The current tools process your input and files in the browser; they do not upload them to carry out these functions. Visiting the site does request pages, images and code from Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Those requests involve technical data such as an IP address and connection headers.

Each tool explains its formats, sizes and other restrictions. Local processing does not guarantee absolute security, forensic erasure or offline operation. Check the results; calculators are educational and do not replace professional advice.

How to inspect requests

Using a synthetic file, open your browser developer tools and the Network tab before processing. Distinguish code downloads from requests that would send input. You can also inspect storage: the site saves only the manual theme preference in localStorage. This spot check is not a substitute for a security audit.

Tools, guides and Blog

The catalog contains working tools. Guides explain steps, examples and limits for each tool; the Blog contains articles and news with sources, dates and image credits. Editorial information is not personalized advice, and a news story is not a catalog feature.
