Number PDF pages
Add page numbers to selected PDF pages with a position, prefix and starting number. Preview a sample and save a local copy.
What this tool does
Number reports and attachments without changing the original. The sequence advances across the selected pages.
How to use it
- Select a PDF; leave the range empty to include every page.
- Choose position, size, prefix and first number.
- Apply, review the sample and open the downloaded copy.
Verifiable example
- Input
- Three-page PDF; start 5, range 2-3.
- Expected result
- Only pages 2 and 3 receive 5 and 6.
Limitations to review
- PDF up to 5 MiB/50 pages; text size 8–72 pt; output 20 MiB. The mark must fit the visible area.
- Editing may invalidate signatures. Helvetica supports compatible Latin text; this is not redaction or a guarantee of all advanced PDF features.
